Windy Poplars Farm Ag Venture, located near Wynyard Saskatchewan, is looking to add to our team. We are hiring a Material Handling and Production Assistant.

Duties

Deliver seed and fertilizer from farm to field during seeding.
Deliver grain from field to farm at harvest.
Deliver commodities to elevators
Deliver fertilizer and seed from suppliers to farm
Operate augers and conveyors
Haul bales from field to farm
Haul water and mix chemicals in batches for delivery to field sprayers
Handling chemicals and mixing batches for sprayers
Basic equipment maintenance
Other tasks as required

Requirements

Work well in a team environment and be a team player
Be able to work independently when required
1A Drivers License
Must be reliable and able to work longer hours during busy seasons

Equipment Used

Heavy duty trucks and trailers
Super B and Tridem grain trailers
Tractors and swing away augers
Augers and conveyors for loading trucks
Skid steer and attachments
